So life has been interesting. This is what happens when your not careful on the stairs. I thought I was at the bottom and had one more to go and fell on it hard. I thought I broke it. I'm still wondering if I did something more than a sprain. It happened three weeks ago and still hurts bad. Yes this is a picture of me with my foot in an ice bucket. Yes I did it! I don't think I'll be doing that again- only crazy people keep their feet in Ice cold water!

yikes!!! I hate sprained ankles. How do manage to look so good while icing your foot?
Tauna, that looks horrible...it looks like it's down in your toes too...are you SURE it's not broken? Dave's ankle is almost better (just weak) and you did it almost the same time.

Eeeks, that looks so painful. Pretty big bruise. So sorry! I rolled my ankle two years ago playing volleyball and it is still weak. I hope you didn't hurt it worse than what you think!
How many times have you falling down those stairs:-) It looks painful:-( I feel like when we lived there you had fallen down them at least 2-3 times...maybe you should get a house with no stairs...lol:-) Hope you know I'm giving ya a hard time, couldn't resist!

Glad to see you are all doing well other than that though. I miss seeing you guys all the time but we are sure to see each other at walmart come this weekend.
OUCH!! I did the same thing at the sports academy coming out of the aerobics room to the locker room. There's one more stair AFTER you open the door. There's a sign that says it and everything, but i still managed to do damage. mine looked just like yours. i was black and blue and swollen for like a month!
